Our curriculum is a developmental process. Each year hinges on skills that were mastered in the previous year. We work closely with the area public schools to make sure our curriculum prepares each child for the skills necessary to have a successful Kindergarten or First Grade transition. The developmental areas covered in our curriculum and enrichment programs are as follows:
| Fine and Gross Motor Skills | Science | Math |
| Language and Communication | Creative Arts | Music |
| Imaginative Play | Cooking* | Gymnastics* |
| Computers | *Enrichment programs vary by location | |
These areas of developmental growth are highlighted in our daily lesson plans. Each teacher designs a plan that integrates the goals with a weekly theme. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace, according to their individual needs and abilities. Head teachers have at least a four year degree and all staff members are required to take at least 12 hours of continuing education classes each year. Our class sizes reflect our commitment to each child and their individual needs. Conferences with parents, both formal and informal, are ongoing throughout the year.
